He holds an Associate’s Degree in Administration of Justice from Chabot College, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from San Diego State University, and a PC 832 certificate from the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office Police Academy. Widely recognized for his work ethic and professionalism, Miguel is known for his hands-on approach and comprehensive industry knowledge. In 2022, Miguel Baltierra founded ONPATROL, INC., where he currently serves as its CEO and Commander/Administrator.
